RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only. No cash refunds.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- 20% restocking fee applies to all returns
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- All returns are subject to inspection
- Contact hdecor1617@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return
Exchanges: Restocking fee is waived when exchanging for an item of equal or greater value.
Shipping Damage or Manufacturing Defects: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. After we verify the damage was caused by shipping or manufacturing (not customer damage), we will waive the restocking fee and provide a prepaid return label. Items with intentional damage, customer-caused damage, or damage inconsistent with shipping will be treated as regular returns (restocking fee applies and customer pays return shipping).
Inspection: We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and deny refunds for items that show signs of use, intentional damage, or do not meet our return conditions.
