SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150
Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order is processed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking: All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hdecor1617@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
Delays: While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
